Returns Policy
Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please note, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. Fat Guys Fishing reserves all rights to decide if the item can be returned or exchanged. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Exchanges for similarly priced items can be offered.
Why the Restocking Fee?
Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business. When customers want to return an item that was already packed and shipped out, we incur additional costs as a small business. Most businesses help recover these additional costs with a restocking fee. By deducting a restocking fee, Fat Guys Fishing is able to keep prices lower on our website. The added costs we collect by allowing returns includes the risk of taking back a product without any guarantee of future sales. All non-defective items may acquire up to a 25% restocking fee. If the item was purchased during a sale, then you will be charged the difference of the actual price AND up to a 25% restocking fee. Those charges will be deducted from your refund.
