Micro Ball jig head mold 1/64
I bought this mold awhile back but I do not review things until I have used them well. After 3,000 jig heads all I can say is this mold kicks ass. I have made all the hook sizes in both sickle and Aberdeen (I use Mustad for the most part). Just make sure you use standard or fine wire hooks as we did have a bit of difficulty with some heavier black nickel #8 Skippy (sickle) hooks but the standard 37500 bronze worked fine in #8 or #6. I use a bismuth/tin alloy in this mold with no problem. I do recommend a bottom pour Lee pot. Get that metal hot and keep the ports as close as you can to the downspout and you will get 20 every time. Twenty good, clean heads that break off the sprues with ease and need very little to no filing. Do-It precision molds are decent, these FG molds are A+ with twice the capacity and well worth going a few extra bucks.

Micro ball jig mold
Works great as I had to workout flow on leadpot, was no getting enough lead out of it. Once adjusted works great!
