All aluminum parts and body.   High temp O-rings on plunger, Nozzle, and cap.  Nozzle and Cap twist lock to prevent disloging while shooting baits.    

 

All parts but ball on handle are milled on site

 

WARNING - caution is required when using.  Plastisol is hot when shooting and misuse could result in serious burns.  Be  sure to wear appropriate clothing -- Shoes, Gloves, long sleeves, and safety glasses is reccomended.  Fat Guys is not responsible for you safety!

    Have the 4oz and love it needed a bigger one to fill multiple molds and this fits the trick

    I like this injector for doing lots of cavities at one time holds plenty of hot plastisol built very well and works great.

    This is my first real quality injector and it makes it so much easier to make large quantities of plastic lures. The only issue I have had you have to watch when putting the nozzle end back in it will pinch the O-ring off.
