I have been looking for something close to a small grass shrimp. This mold is a great imitation and has done well with both yellow and white perch in the summer. Ice and cold weather fishing it has produced well. I and my friends have taken bass, crappie, bluegills,, yellow perch, and even a few chain pickerel. Mold shoots great. I recommend the 40 cavity mold, a bunch of baits in no time. Also your fishing buddies are going to want some when you're catching and they're not.
Great mold, shoots almost perfect everytime. Had a few of the smaller legs not quite fill out fully but i dont believe that will detract from the baits at all. Have not fished them yet, just waiting for the ice to form enough to be able to get out. If they work as good as i hope i will definitely order more of these molds!!
Great mold, shoots well, perch LOVE this thing and my friends have me make them batches all winter. 4 out of 5 for 1 reason only, the top 2 (sometimes 4) have a hard time filling completely unless you shoot on the hot side or preheat the mold. Honestly not a big deal but cannot give it a perfect for that reason.
Excellent shooter... If you get the plastic too Hott it flashes a little into the air vents, but no denying on over 50 shots,
